Sizing
What bracelet sizes are available?
Our bracelets average 7.125”– 7.5”.
Need a smaller fit? Add a note at checkout or reach out before purchase — we’ll happily resize for you. Please note: resizing may slightly adjust the pattern or design.
How do I measure my wrist?
Use a soft measuring tape (or a strip of paper and ruler) around your wrist where you’d normally wear your bracelet. For a comfortable fit, add about ¼–½ inch to your measurement.

How do I take care of my bracelet?
- Handle with gentle care — though durable, stretch bracelets last longest when treated mindfully.
- Avoid snagging, pulling, or extended water exposure.
- If your bracelet gets wet, dry it promptly.
Will my bracelet tarnish?
Some metals and plating may naturally tarnish over time when exposed to chemicals (pool/sea water, lotions, perfumes, hairspray) or even your skin’s unique pH. To protect your piece:
- Avoid submerging
- Store in a cool, dry space

Orders, Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Cosmic Thread piece. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 10 days, unworn and in original condition with tags/packaging.
- Exchanges: You may exchange for equal value, or receive store credit if the new item is lower in price.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies, as each piece is handmade to order with carefully chosen stones.
Are any items final sale?
Yes — Cosmic Kits, custom-designed jewelry, and special sale items are final sale and not eligible for return/exchange.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled the same day they are placed.
What if my jewelry was a gift?
We’ll gladly assist with an exchange if you provide proof of purchase or a gift receipt.
